Mr. Bass currently serves as a strategic business advisor to corporate executive management and boards of directors. He had recently been Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Willis of New York, Inc., the Principal in Charge of the Strategic Business Planning Advisory Services practice at Margolin, Winer & Evens LLP (a leading Certified Public Accounting and Business Advisory Firm), prior to which Mr. Bass was founder and chief executive officer of Jeffrey L. Bass Associates, Inc., a recognized strategic planning and consulting firm. To date, the board seats and accomplishments of Mr. Bass include but are not limited to: Chairman of the Long Island Capital Alliance, Chairman of a local chapter of Vistage (an international association of CEOs), elected delegate to the 1995 White House Conference on Small Business and Chaired the Committees on Capital Formation for the New York State, an Associate Trustee of the North Shore-LIJ Health System, the President Emeritus of the Board of Governors of the American Jewish Committee Long Island Chapter, a member of the Long Island Cabinet of the State of Israel Bonds and a founder of the Great Neck Arts Center.
